Personally I’d do it. While it’s awkward it’s YOUR opportunity to set the record. They do record what you say even if it goes no where but if enough people have similar issues it could eventually lead to change. Do it for those who are afraid to leave.
I don't see why not, as long as you're okay with them potentially telling you to leave today instead of on Friday. If you're not okay with that or want to avoid burning the bridge, I'd just sit through it. You have no obligation to lie to them if you do.
If you are already on your way out, what are they going to do about it? It can serve its purpose, even though chances are once you leave, you are washing your hands of the place anyway.
I see no value in these unless you had a good experience. Let them figure out why their a crappy company, and they should have had feedback systems set up to improve their situation. You have no obligation to do it either way. If they were a solid company you could give them valuable feedback both positive/negative.
Do it but don’t burn bridges
It's up to you. However, consider that it could burn a bridge you need down the road. Be honest and respectful, and you might be surprised how it helps your mentality to get it off your chest. You will also be able to confirm to another group in the company that they just lost another great person. It's a pretty great feeling:)
Just say all nice things and that you were excited for a new opportunity. They’re will turn whatever legit gripe you have around onto you (that was my experience, at least). I ended up reiterating to them that was the whole reason I was leaving. Made me super annoyed.
