I’m looking for some advice on “commission only” salespeople. This is for a startup with a great foundation. It has good branding and a great website. All it needs now is hungry sales professionals with experience to build this startup into something big! Unreliable coworker help - There’s a coordinator on my team who assists me and the other strategists but literally every time I ask her to help with something she says yes & then waits until the last minute to tell me she wasn’t able to do it/makes up an emergency excuse. Trying to be understanding but this is getting ridiculous- she/parents/dog/boyfriend are sick (8x), forgot about another urgent project (10x), WiFi is down or power is out RIGHT when I ask for help (5x).
