I'm looking at new job opportunities, but I'm pregnant with about six months until my due date. While I know discrimination is illegal, I'm wondering if employers are reluctant to hire someone who will take maternity leave shortly after starting. These roles are appealing and time-sensitive, so they won't be available after I come back from maternity leave. Recruiters, what are your honest thoughts on hiring pregnant women?

Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors.
