Those are 2 very different things with very different personas. Working cap is usually CPAs who have been through TAS (relevant here), and value creation is usually more S&O types, increasingly tech/strategy hybrids, but limited technical accounting backgrounds. I’m in the value creation world, more tech/strat

Well the context I’m thinking of is “how do I use technology to enhance the velocity of and accuracy of my decisions”. That’s pretty much devolved into “how AI now” but you get the picture

Thanks for your input and insight. Would you be willing to connect further? I would like to pick your brain a bit on your role.

I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback

Hi fellow fish need some advice.

I'm planning a wedding and wondering if I should apply for new credit cards to maximize on points. If so, wondering what your recommendations are and or if there are new cards out there I haven't heard of yet. For context I probably have another 20k+ in expenses to pay still and my current cards are:

CSP
Marriott Bonvoy Boundless
Citi double cash
Random card (used to be uber)

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some advice with regards to my next career step. Currently in audit and I have opportunities to go for a Valuations role or an FDD role (both big 4). What are the pros and cons of each? (hours and learning opps, not concerned about salary) Not looking to work long term in both and would likely want to transition into an FP&A role in the future. Hoping to jump directly but require modelling experience.
