I'm on bench in EY. I told the same to EPAM that I can join in 30 days.

EPAM told me that last round will be client interview & joining date would be after 30 days.

They've released an offer today(27 LPA Fixed) with joining date of 30 JAN 2025 & HR is saying they do not have any vacancy for client due to which released an offer with January date.

Current CTC: 20.70 LPA FIXED + 20% Variable = 24.84LPA

EPAM: 27LPA FIXED

Is it safe to resign on the basis of EPAM offer?

Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%.
