I am in final round of negotiations with a Amsterdam based organisation. I am a married guys with my spouse a 5 year old daughter.
I wanted to know your opinion on what should be the optimum level of CTC I should ask to reallocate to Amsterdam. So that I can afford to have decent lifestyle and savings.
My current CTC here in India is 36lpa with all benefits. I am senior PM.

Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer? Should I ask for more base or signing bonus? Or is this pretty fair? Very inexperienced in salary negotiations.

Job transition question: I recently accepted an offer for a new role with Merrill Lynch, the following day I was fired from my previous employer. 1. In India my gross would be 69 LPA along with my spouse out of which we save up to 20 LPA per year.
