Why can’t we just go with a normal human response, “I’m so sorry mate, I didn’t notice you there.”
Agreed. If he was right behind you and you didn't see him.... Apologizing is the right move.
What he asked for. Remember: "The client is always right".
I’m with P1 - “sorry didn’t see you, my bad”. One of two things will happen:
1. He doesn’t accept your apology and continues living his life angry
2. He accepts your apology and moves on / softens his mood
Win win for you
Give him a big smile
Slam the door, he already said it’s okay.
“That’s okay, just yell behind my back”? 😂
Never happens at Deloitte. They know you don’t yell unless you are ready to fight.
Tell him he clearly needs to get laid
U never know what people are going through. Maybe this person is dealing with some stressful personal stuff and overreacted cuz of that.
"Everyone has their battle that they're fighting today"
“I’m so sorry about that! I didn’t see anyone behind me.”
