I’m overseeing multiple commercial and branded content projects, and I’m noticing that more clients are pushing for vertical, fast-turn content over higher-end, traditional spots. Part of me worries this devalues the craft and crew, but I also know it keeps the lights on and can be creatively interesting in its own way. I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
