I’m planning to buy a pre-owned car in
Dubai, most likely a BMW X2/X3 or a Mercedes GLC, but I’m uncertain about where to purchase from. I’ve heard numerous concerns about scams, concealed information and missing parts, especially at many of the Ras Al Khor dealerships. Does anyone have trusted recommendations on reliable places to buy from or key things I should definitely watch out for?

But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
