I’m receiving catalogs all of a sudden. Amazon sent one, for instance. But there have been others, all well designed and from brands I never thought would have catalogs. What’s behind this flurry of catalogs being sent by snail mail?

I have so many deadlines lined up and need to work over 15 hours each day. I am already burned out and have no motivation to work. My dad who lives in Asia just announced that he had a medical issue. I’m starting to enter the age where I’m going to take care of him financially. It’s a $2,000 hospital bill which in the US is nothing compared to what it represents there (which he can’t afford). He’s going to be fine! Just wanted to share with this group as many of you can understand what it feels like to support your parents when they’re old, not the other way around. I feel so blessed I can help him. 🙏🏽

If you could change anything to increase minority representation in marketing, what would you change? I think I'd want at least 2-3 minority employees in creative leadership positions to make sure things like colorism in ads less likely to pass the final edit.
