I’m staring to get looks for roles that are a leap forward from where I’ve been in the past. Top leadership roles on some of the world’s most famous brands, etc. I’ve always been strong in the interview process, but this feels like another beast. Do I stick to what got me here or do I need to educate myself on things I don’t even know I don’t know about.

I’m currently a consultant in the financial services space and have 2 years of experience.I am looking to exit and really interested in CRE but don’t want to start at an entry level position or take a pay cut. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now
