Get a new job. I promise you that’s the only way. It sucks, but it’s the best way.
I wouldn’t jump to another job for less than 15-20% raise with comparable health insurance. If the insurance is worse, the raise would need to be higher
the best way to get a raise is to leave your job.
100%. I stayed with my company and got a 2% raise. Every time I hop, I see a 20-35% increase. Be loyal to yourself.
New hires are getting paid more then current employees.
You can either speak with your manager and ask for the raise you deserve or look for another job. From what your saying they have no interest in giving you more money but if you start somewhere new you have a better chance to get paid better and then grow from there.
Best of luck in whatever you decide to do.

Did you negotiate your salary? Because if not you're going to have the same issue everywhere you go
They didn't do this unwittingly. As a woman, you come into a negotiations from a weaker position (utterly unfair but true - HBR and Forbes have done some decent articles on this: https://www.forbes.com/sites/kimelsesser/2021/01/21/why-women-fall-short-in-negotiations-its-not-lack-of-skill/?sh=5d9a26705d02). I ran into this in two jobs - and was ultimately unsuccessful in getting any traction. Leave and get better paid elsewhere. Start applying before you're too beat down to be able to fight it and you just accept what they're doing to you.
I could have written this exact same post… in fact, it’s the reason I joined Fishbowl. I’m underpaid by 40-45% of my male peers, yet I’ve been in the department longer than any other. I’ve been with the company 5+ years.
I’m preparing for a performance and compensation review, but I’m not naive, I’m also polishing my resume and talking to recruiters who are offering reasonable compensation packages.
I love my job and don’t want to leave. But I can’t allow them to take advantage of me.

Did you negotiate your salary and ask for regular pay increases? It sounds like your peers have. Managers are pressured by companies to pay people as little as they can get away with. If you’re not the one asking to be paid your value, you won’t be the one paid your value. Squeaky wheel gets the grease!
I’m assuming your performance is strong. If you consistently receive feedback on poor performance, then it’s time to work on your development and probably leave the company.
Just leave.
I know how it feels. If I be simoly a guy-i be making 150% of what i make now
