The recruiters are going to spend their time where they think they can find candidates. May or may not be ignoring you now, but at any rate I wouldn’t expect them to make you a priority if you’ve already said you wanted more money than they would do.
Where were the two other higher offers in a higher cost of living area? If so, you should take that into consideration when comparing the offers.
I don't think they're ignoring you on purpose but your initial response may be a factor– you're in a range they can't afford so they may have moved on to other candidates. How about sending your application through a different recruiter? Or other means available regarding the company.
Well, I wouldn't be surprised because you declined their initial offer. They might feel they can find someone willing to do the job elsewhere. you should be doing the same thing
It’s very important to act excited about a company when you are negotiating. It sounds silly but do you want to make it feel like you are within their reach. It’s got to be positive positive.
Interesting that I have seen and applied for positions pertaining to my degree and noticed that experienced homelessness or a victim (jobs applied for) extra consideration will be given.
