Just started a new job a couple of weeks ago and also today found out my wife's pregnant. When is an appropriate time to tell my new boss? Company policy asks for 3 months notice but it's a growing startup. What does everyone think is appropriate?

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.

Currently interviewing with EY NZ as a risk management consultant. 1.5 yoe and expat from US. I have a rough idea for cost of living, so what should my minimum salary expectation be in Auckland? Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.

Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge about compensation structure at Allspring, or any opinions on the culture there. I would be in Charlotte.
