Reviews are getting repetitive, but it’s so much easier with a glass of wine…(and yes, it’s Monday.)

I am getting a good project in current company where there will be lot of learning
Initially it will be manual and then it will have automation testing. At the same time I have an offer in another company with good package but there won't be much learning compared to the current company project I am yet to get locked. Is learning important and priority for 4.5 years of experience? Or better to go with the high package offer? (Other company offer is from TCS). Your valuable comments would help.

How do i register a corporation in US? We are three partners. I am the only one in US. Other two live outside of US. They are not US citizens, don’t have Green Card. We will be doing technology implementation work based on the onshore offshore model for US clients. For better checks and balances all three want equal ownship in the corporation. Is it possible? Appreciate ur reponses.
It's that time...🦃

New manager. What do I need to learn, which skills do I have to develop to make partner within the next 5-7 years?
Do you all have a clear job description wherever you are working, with goals and responsibilities ?
At my current agency I dont have neither. While that has given me the flexibility to be part of different and interesting projects that go out of my typical role, i feel this lack of structure is affecting me as I dont have a clear vision on where to go. Furthermore, i am now in charge of a new “venture”, again without any job description or goals and its making me anxious. (Continue in comments)

Thoughts on Rolex starting to sell officially certified used watches ? ( 2 year warranty vs 5 year typically given to new watches )
How will this impact the market / value of older watches ? For me I think it’s a good thing, I’ve always wanted a vintage/old/used piece but could never pull the trigger worried about it being a Frankenstein , now this gives me the confidence with the Rolex certification

I have a interview with a digital marketing company called revlocal, they had mention of base salary plus commission. Reading the indeed and Glassdoor reviews from the company are mixed on this topic. Is there anyone currently working at RevLocal as a sales rep that could provide some insight?
I have been with my company 20+ years. This past year they did a sales market restructure - directions from new upper management. The restructure has been less than favorable toward my commission goals. The coming years don’t look promising. There are sales people making $$$ only here 1-2 years because they were given all my opportunities. It is hard to leave this company - it has been great until now with the changes. I have a very strong job offer elsewhere - but worried about non compete.

I am looking to get out of the retail automotive sales business and perhaps find something related, like automotive software suppler position. I have been a BDC Director and Manager and have 10+ years of experience training BD agents on process and software applications in the industry. I can't seem to get any traction with the vendors. Are there other industries that might want an experienced automotive sales manager/BDC manager? I am in South Florida, but I am wiling to relocate.

My husband does not have a degree but immense sales experience. He has been in sales in the food and beverage industry for about 10 years now and wants to get into tech. I am in tech and have a degree so unsure if he needs a degree to get a sales role? So many places are quick to turn away great candidates because of schooling even if their experience surely qualifies them. Anyone have experience or know if their company requires a BA for sales roles?
I believe there are good sales people and bad sales people. I also believe there are great sales people with shit territories, and shit sales people with great territories. Agree or disagree and why?
