I'm tired! I'm all burnt out! I have been unemployed for months now. I have applied to just about everything possible that comes my way. I have gotten endless calls from Recruiters stating they submitted my resume but yet I get not 1 single call back. If your reading this please give advice or tips or if you know any company's that's hiring please help me out. FYI, I have redone my resume multiple times. Thanks in advance for your help

I have passed the TR and MR rounds at Cognizant. HR is saying they will schedule today but are not sending invites; this has been going on for a week; what does this mean?

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.) Anything before that was grad school and I haven’t kept in contact with any professors from over five years ago. What should I do? 😕

I work through a contractor, and was hired 2yrs ago to be a Systems Test Engineer II. I’m in an online environmental science masters program at an expensive “name-brand” school, but have colleagues telling me I should transfer to a less expensive program to save $ because no one cares about where your degree is from. Hey guys… I’m a case worker in child safety and I’m someone who loves being outdoors/dies at a desk all day. I’m hoping to organise that at least once a week I can go to a cafe and catch up on all my case notes that need to go into the system.
So far the only reason I’ve been told no is that “if you do then everyone will want to and then no one will be in the office” … how can I convince them that I work better out of the office and get this freedom & mental break for myself?

I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. I’ve seen coworkers get positions they aren’t able to do simply because they have a degree and then leave a mess for me to clean up but I’m not allowed to have the position. Any suggestions?
