I’m trying to derive the year in which a threshold is reached (sorry for the incorrectly formatted years). I.e when $10B is achieved, or $12B. The model has a lot of moving components so the thresholds move around based on about 15-20 different assumptions. What would the formula be to help get this? Basically once I know the year, I have to layer in an incentive component but the years will change based on the drivers.

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far.
