For those of you who switched to decaf, I found a really delicious Ethiopian decaf coffee https://www.gocupper.com/collections/all-coffee/products/decaf-ethiopia-guji I don’t think I’m gonna go back to caffeinated coffee even after I have the baby. Without caffeine in my body I sleep better now and have even better energy ✌️✌️✌️

Happened to me I’m pregnant with #3, but always have been sick up until week 25 or so. (Diagnosed with HG). I was honest with my teams that I was pregnant and pre-Covid I said I had to work from home to basically be near a toilet . Then Covid happened and kind of worked in my favor with the second and third pregnancies I could still WFH. But I was honest and if I had to take an hour or so to lay down I would and just adjust my work schedule to get what I needed done. I did a lot of work laying down, and I had to go in for fluids via IV to help dehydration where I would work from the chair there. Luckily I’ve been good This pregnancy since week 25 and not vomiting at all (maybe occasionally every couple weeks). Honestly is the best policy I think when it comes to this and just adjust your workload with your team or even work hours.

Thank you. I am quite transparent, so I can do that. Thank you for the advice!
