In cases with more than 2 co-plaintiffs, all repped by different counsel, do you share all your medical records and bills with other attorneys before litigation, when there is a potential aggregate/global policy limit issue where claims would have to be prorated? If the answer is no, what if you attend prelit mediation to try to resolve the case? Global policy has not yet been offered by carrier (as they are waiting on demands), but seems to be a decent chance they will offer it at mediation.

Have an interesting scenario. Holiday party season is approaching. At one of our parties (during working hours) there is an optional “talent show.” Employees can win door prizes. We have an entry that is a religious song - like one you would sing in church. I assume we need to let this employee perform this - or we are setting ourselves up for trouble.
