Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

People always thought I was the IT guy

It’s not a specific income that determines the answer here, but your career goals.
You shouldn’t get an MBA if you aren’t going for the new career path/connections/etc.
Invest the time and money you would’ve in that degree into a specialized master’s (Johns Hopkins has an online MS/MEng Engineering Management that combines some PM-type curriculum with technical courses).
MBAs are fundamentally finance and strategy oriented. If you aren’t into the idea of running a business at the very highest levels (where those connections will pay the most dividends) do something else.
You may run a successful business and make less than a software engineer at Microsoft — you won’t be poor after a top MBA… but you need to like *business* for that 100-250k and 1-2 years to be worth it.
What was the masters?
Immediate bump in pay can come in two forms:
1) career switching. Most consulting/tech/corporate jobs out of MBA are in the 150-200 range. If your salary is lower than this, it will be higher post mba. PE is a shit ton of money, but also a lot of work to break into. Is that your goal?
2) pay bump going back to your old job. You should know whether that’s the case and how much it would be
Then there’s also a long term play. Are you more likely to make partner/cfo/vp of strategy with a top MBA than without? I think so, but not everyone agrees
