In my first company I was having a bond for 2 years and and the management were treating the employess as slaves and used to force them to work 16 hours (used to get Overtime pay ) if you denied they used to say you have signed a bond. One day they told I am into dual employment where I am helping others in getting job and I have cash transactions for which they dont have.they terminated me and says in BGV they will show my termination doc. I have switched 2 companies till now. Any help??

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. I got an offer from an company in June 2022. I put my 90 days NP in TCS.
Now with only 20 days remaining, my Person of Contact infomed me that they're keeping my offer on hold and postponing it to 27th oct. They also told me that I should look for other offers as it is also not confirmed.
Only 17 days left on my notice. Any lead in Data Analyst role with 1.5 years of experience with SQL, Tableau, Excel, Python (Pandas) will be of great help.

2. Publicis SAPIENT - ASDE - 10 LPA (7.x base + 2.5 bonus). But has a bond of, 18months for 1.5L and 24months for bonus.
