I bought access to Wall Street Prep’s modeling courses to enhance my modeling skills. I find that the material is a few years old and the guy in the video explaining everything is super monotone and boring. I just don’t feel like I’m learning much.

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. I got an offer from an company in June 2022. I put my 90 days NP in TCS.
Now with only 20 days remaining, my Person of Contact infomed me that they're keeping my offer on hold and postponing it to 27th oct. They also told me that I should look for other offers as it is also not confirmed.
