In recent times I got opportunity to be interviewed at Goldman Sachs for Associate Controller role, I had super day okies and had hiring manager round as well on the same day 15 minutes later than 4 rounds next day i received an email regarding expected compensation and all, though waiting for further communication.
1. Shall I consider this as a positive step?
2. How long does it usually take to get an offer letter?
3. What Salary range to expect for Bangalore location?
Congratulations you are getting the offer very soon, they send the compensation mail only if they want to hire that person. Although the process would take more 3-4 weeks to close i.e handing over actual offer letter and for salary qutation you can see glassdoor as they follow very standard salary steucture.
I have one question for you, How was your interviews for the controllers?.. superday based on DSA and LLD or any other topics too?
If possible please share how many rounds and topic of that roundðŸ«

thanks still I haven’t heard anything, so super day was 4 interview for controller and all dsa round except last being HM. Leetcode medium and medium hard questions some questions came with a lot of twist which i never saw before and they wanna know how u will approach first then code at 2 rounds i was not able to code correctly. In some rounds they asked 3 questions as well, and questions from CV.
