In TCS ibegin portal my status is evaluated and the hr told me that she initiated the offer letter from her side. It needs to go through some approvals and it takes two days time. But it's been four days . Yet I haven't received any offer letter. Usually how many days it takes to reflect offer letter in ibegin once hr initiates from her side.

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. Today they updated that they'd like me to travel to their HQ (based in Nordics & I'm in London) for the final round where I'd meet the CEO, the hiring manager and a couple of people in the team.
I don't think I'm the only one in the process - even though initially the last round was the presentation.

I am serving notice period and in october month salary I haven’t received night shift allowance while other members of team have received it. Can anyone please confirm if there is such rule that within notice period Night shift allowance goes on hold and will be paid in FnF. Or should I raise this concern with my manager.

Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

Existing employees with 20 years exp working on presales consulting, winning millions of dollars of projects in RFPs, delivering multi million dollar assignments are still not getting promoted and paid in peanuts

Makes me wonder if companies are really enjoying so called great resignation period. What's the thought ?
