In the lab we’ve taken on a lot more volume and complexity over the past couple years, but the pay structure hasn’t changed much. A lot of people feel like the role evolved faster than compensation did. I’m curious if other labs are experiencing the same thing. Has pay in lab roles kept up with the workload where you work?

What is the best Change Management certification? I see Prosci everywhere but I recently learned about the one offered by Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). I’m currently a Sr Program Manager within the Change Management arm of a small boutique firm looking to get certified in hopes of exiting into a better role/company.

My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off. Researching the job mkt & pay for nursing: It is so easy to set up a first interview esp. as a nurse. Set up a zoom meeting, in the zoom meeting ask abt job details and ask for the salary range. They will give it to you, and in my case it was the same range for both of the companies. (Hospice oncall nurse here👋). Then you fit in somewhere on that continuum based on education & experience—that where the negotiation comes in—they will make a case to place you as low as possible on the scale.
