In Wipro if we are allocated to a project code for a duration but it’s non billable so it’s for a month in my case. So this one month will count as bench or is it non bench as I have bill code of project but non billable status . Asking since we have 45 days no salary. So is this 30 days counter for bench or after that if no project allocation then the 45 days counter start ? Please advise

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.
