In workers' compensation claims, don't think it is a good idea for employer representatives to be allowed to observe applicant depos, especially when they insist on leaving their camera on during the depo...

Agreed. Having the employer's rep watch the depo could create a lot of unnecessary pressure, and keeping the camera on just adds to that discomfort. It should be a neutral space, so that kind of oversight feels pretty inappropriate. I think there needs to be more balance in these situations.

Hi guys, Could you please help me out on what to be filled here, I've 3 years of experience and I don't think I would be falling under gratuity that will be '0'. But I'm not sure of what to be filled on "Leave Encashment Exemption". I've 170 hours of leave balance. My HRBP dose not respond at all I've been trying to contact her from weeks and there's no response to any of mails nor pings on teams. I really appreciate you for helping me fill this?

Working at a boutique transactiona firm. First year did not receive much guidance and made a few errors, one of which could have been a deal but ended up being fine but overall I worked hard, billed hours above target and showed a willingness to learn. Three main partners in the group. I feel like I may have been written off by the one partner, still get a fair amount of work from another and the third has never really given work but has a rep for doing things alone or using seniors.
