Trust is gained over time and experience. A lie will immediately destroy trust.

like

Yeah that’s very true

You have to be transparent, whether it is good or bad news. Even when you don’t agree with certain policies, it’s still your job to let employees know.

like

Yeah I agree

Trust is built when HR is consistent, clear, and honest - especially when the answer isn’t what someone wants to hear. It’s destroyed when HR overpromises, avoids hard conversations, or appears to protect process over people. You don’t have to share everything, but you do have to be transparent about what you can and can’t do.

Yes definitely, and by lying and not being clear.

Consistency and honesty. Trust breaks instantly when HR protects leadership while pretending neutrality.

Yes it does, I’ve witnessed that happen before.

Pro se plaintiff, an attorney, filed a complaint alleging mold defects after closing on a property. Client, layperson, may have agreed orally to a settlement amount without proof of damages prior to filing appearance and obtaining an attorney. Client filed appearance pro se, then plaintiff sent over a draft settlement agreement few weeks later which client didn’t sign. Client then got an attorney, filed answer, etc. Can this oral agreement be voided for coercion, indefinite mat’l term, etc?

What is the package for credit manager in ICICI bank having YOE 1.5 years

I think I may have finally had it.

A couple of decades in this field and now I want to just walk away. The grind in tech is soul-destroying, and the vast majority of the time, coworkers outside of UX have no idea what it is, what it’s for, and how it’s applied. I’m at my wits end and the constant problem is a kind of “willful misunderstanding” of our process and value.

After wasting too many years on design immature companies, It’s senselessly depressing. I’ve given away too much of myself.

Hi all,
I have offer from cerner, should i join or reject.
I am having 11 year exp in .net and healthcare domain and they are offering me 26 lpa. My current org is HCL and salary is 16 lpa.
My major concern is about job security.bcoz i have heard lot about lay off in cerner on the internet.

I was approached to work in EY Melbourne. I was promised for a visa sponsorship. I have several questions:
- What is the work culture there? Is it fast paced or a bit relaxed?
- What’s the salary range for experienced consultant?
- Do they have a health insurance?
