Indian lawyers who got their LLMs and later worked in the US - What’s better in the long term? I’m torn between staying here or going back and trying to get a job in a US firm in Asia.

I see a lot of open roles - managers, senior strategists etc. I have a top 20 MBA and about 8 years of big 4 experience in consulting - would this be the right kind of role to get into? Or is it more engineering?

Would it be too much of a reach to try to go for a financial analyst position if my only experience is in compliance tax?

So I recently left a really fun job where I was ridiculously underpaid for a very very boring job that gave me a pretty big pay rise. Definitely took the wrong job. I was offered a seriously competitive salary and great benefits to work at a well funded startup, which is great! Turns out the salary and benefits were meant as lowkey bribes to insure I worked at the company without actually doing any work. Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10.
