Indian PSU banks have the worst working culture and on top of list is SBI. My wife has been working in SBI since 8 years now. she was transferred to Mumbai on spouse grounds. The guidelines says that she should be posted near to her husband's place of posting. But even after 1 year she has not been provided with a proper posting and the management keeps deputing her to far off branches. And the way the Junior officers are treated by their bosses is pathetic. Work life balance is nonexistent

I am having LTI offer letter but the joining date mentioned in that is incorrect. When I called HR to change the date she told me to first accept the offer letter and resign from the current company and give me the screenshot of your resignation mail. So I did as she told. But till now my joining date is not changed in the offer letter and HR is not replying to any email, call or sms. What should I do now?
