Done with technical and managerial round of interview. Got an email from HR to send a form and current organization payslip and offer letter along with passport.

Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me. He also exhibits stalker like behavior by looking up my family online (addresses, emails, phone numbers, FB/Twitter accounts, you name it) and driving by my house and commenting on things I was doing during the weekend or after work. I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

Hi there, I had a question about 401k or Roth IRA. Should I put money into anyone of the two as an international student? I don’t see the point because I want to invest my money instead of saving it. Plus I don’t even have a permanent resident status so I don’t know if it makes sense saving it for retirement. On the other hand, the employer match and so on sounds good. So should I save it and take it out later or just invest it?

So i am planning to get her into IT by doing some certifications of Testing profile.
