Blue light glasses definitely help me when my eyes are tired. They can be fairly inexpensive too so not sure what you're looking at
they definitely help - I use them and now I FEEL the difference when I don't. Definitely worth it if you're spending long hours looking at a screen
Yes.I think it only mimizes the impact but do not totally guard the eyes.
Try to get yourself hydrated. It's not just the eyes that contributed to the headache.
Admittedly this reminded me I need to drink more water...YIKES! Thank you.
I got dry eyes from too much screentime. I use eyedrops every now and then o.r else they develop into annoying migraine
They totally do. I think you should still take breaks from the screen though, not only is it bad for the eyes but the blue light can age your skin. Apply sunscreen while you''re at it.
They work but you have to get a high quality one otherwise you'll just get headaches from the medication on the glasses
I swear by them. I have blue eyes so they are really sensitive to light and when I stare at the screen all day and don't wear them, I generally end up with a headache. They really do make a difference for me.
