Interviewed at Amazon for L6 but they are offering L5. Currently a SC at Deloitte and have 7 YOE plus Master’s. Yet to receive comp details but the recruiter said it will be around 125k TC and there is little room to negotiate. Should I even consider this offer? it is a big downgrade? Months later I found PM work really interesting and now thinking about devoting time to learn PM and switch. Currently at B4 and MBB used to be my dream.
