I recently moved to the US, and it feels like there's no future for me here. I applied to numerous jobs, but I am having difficulty getting my CV seen. People keep telling me that I won't have much luck as a fresh grad here without any references because I didn't study in the US.

This isn’t really an interview question but more of an on-boarding question.
Bit of background- I left my job of 3 years in Dec 2021 for a new company. Initially, I thought the company was great but my mind quickly changed. The on-boarding process was horrible, minimal training, thrown onto enterprise project 2 weeks in, over time, and there is no process for anything. I ended up hating my job.

Fast forward to Mid March, I started applying for jobs again but I omitted this role.

I have 2 earlier companies where I absconded.
Now i dont want to show those 2 companies on my resume, i have 1 years of experience with all documents and i am only using that on my resume. So will it be a problem during bgv?

When is a 3 page resume acceptable?

How do I tell a firm I screened with that another firm I screened with is moving forward with full rounds? I would prefer the former firm, even though the latter firm is ranked higher. Thanks for any advice

Well, I was the one who broke it off. I couldn’t get him to love me the way I needed or even respect me enough. It’s been 6 weeks of not seeing each other. We messaged this week. He doesn’t get it…. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn.
