Hi! Anyone work/worked at ServiceTitans as an SBM implementation manager? What’s the company culture like? Work-life-balance, growth opportunities, learning, salary…etc Anything at all. What the role entails? Thank you 😊

My husband works there as a project manager, he loves it! Company culture is great but as with most tech start up culture they do push you to your max with workload and multiple hats. They do have growth opportunities and pretty decent work life balance. I would say salary is not their strong point, but they balance it with stock options. I’d say give it a go! (Not that I work there lol)

Hi folks. I’m a data scientist at a T2/B4 firm that does fairly technical work. I am prepping for interviews to transition to SWE-data at a big tech company and currently have a little over 1 yoe.

Since prep usually takes a while for swe, I have not started seriously applying. However, I am likely to receive an offer for 110-120k at another consulting firm. I was hoping to get some thoughts from other technical folks that made the transition. More in comments

I am so grateful to have a job but I’d rather not disclose my salary to anyone other than the IRS.

Hi everyone! I am interested in being a PM. Ideally in retail but I'm open to the tech industry as well. Any suggestions for someone with little to no experience on how to get in this role? Thank you in advance!

I’m an early career as a Project Manager (4 yoe). Just got eliminated from my role as an Associate Project Manager. I’m actively looking for work but thinking of spending $ and time to get certification as a PM. Is it worth it? If so, which certificate should I put my money on? I was looking at eCornell PM. I think I want to get a PMP as well.

Open to new opportunities as a project manager, however, the options I am finding are all 6 month contract or contract to hire.
Anyone else running into this or is it my area?

I'm developing this PC position at work (they've never had one) and I am forced to use the current ticketing system in place. The plan is to create tickets specific to tasks. I want to use a numbering system for cross referencing and basically visual organization. My Ops mgr isn't entirely on board and wants to know why we have to use a setup that works for me while those parts aren't necessarily for everyone.

Not sure how else to build something from scratch.
