I think he's saying he has 4 years experience and is applying (or negotiating) to Accenture
I'm getting screwed
I got 115 with 4 years no mba
Not sure but tagging myself for other responses
MBA?
Qualifying statement: commercial work.
No MBA
Wait so you're currently at Booz but had 4 years exp at Accenture? Where are you applying?
Ah okay. No it's not unreasonable. Do you know what level you'd be coming in at Accenture?
Are they shooting that number down?
Can't say it isn't unreasonable but does seem at the very high end for 4 yrs no MBA.
in what city?
You should get a signing bonus if your new to the company. As a first year consultant I am just under the 100k mark not in NY or SF, no MBA. 110 seems reasonable although you might be able to shoot for more.
I think 110 is definitely reasonable. I know a first year sr consultant at D who came back at Deloitte with an mba and makes about 130 plus they got a huge bonus like 20-40k
Strategy or management consulting tract?
Not too reasonable outside NYC and San Fran in that part of the org
Accenture doesn't have senior consultant level...
I have 4 years of experience. No MBA. And am targeting a level three. Just wondering what I should be asking for when it comes to salary/signing bonus. I've heard 100-115 should be base, 5-10k signing bonus. Wondering if that's still on target.
Accenture 5 - are u human capital/org change?
10K is the entry level bonus for analysts. You should ask for more.
