I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Most of the projects I've taken on, I've done so as a way to support others without taking much credit for it. Now, a better opportunity came along and I don't have anything to show for my talent as a designer. ALWAYS take credit for what you do, even if it's not your project to begin with.

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. Is there any advice for networking into projects when you don’t know many people at the firm yet? I always to help on BD work when I’m on the bench, but it never turns into any billable work. Do you consider it ethical that his career counselor is intentially spreading the information to his colleagues and to other consultants from other companies in the project? What can he do about it?
