Data point : 3.9 GPA, 328 GRE, full ride at T10 and $$$$ from M7.
Pretty solid in my eyes. Lead advisor for a young men’s group on a college campus for 5 years, where there was a ton of event planning, financial stuff I helped with, etc. Had some essays about it. But honestly, it didn’t come up a ton in interview.
I had a 324 GRE and 3.7 GPA and got more than half scholarship at Kellogg so my gut says yes but that was also a few years ago. The application landscape may be different now.
320 GRE and 3.5 GPA; $30K scholarship at T15
I have similar stats

Depends on where you went undergrad and what you studied. If you went to a no name state school and studied communications, then the 3.4 isn't helping you.
Also depends on other components of your application including your fit with and passion for the program.
3.9 GPA and 329 GRE, got $50k at M7 and $80k at T15
