It's the holiday weekend so with the cooking and cleaning it's not really much of a break. I don't think a week between my weeks would help though, it would be the same.
Same for me. I usually try to take a day off at the end of the holiday, so I can have me time after everything is said and done.
Still exhausted here too. A week off would be great, two even better 😂
The more time I take off, the more exhausted I feel about going back to work 😂 I don't think I meant to have a job. I'm meant to be a stay at home cat 🐱
LOL I always say I wish I was my cat.
I didn't get all 4 days. Working today. *sigh*
I don't want to sound like a you-know-what (too late), but if you wanted a week off for Thanksgiving, two weeks off for Christmas, numerous Mondays off during the year, and 8-10 weeks off in the summer, you should've become a teacher. In most other career fields, the people you serve still need your attention even on holidays.
It's not that serious, sir. It was just a lighthearted joke, everyone wants more time off. If I was a teacher I would still probably feel like I needed more time off.
Long weekends definitely need to be longer
Lol, I would love a week off too, but I won't complain. I've just been trying to catch up on sleep as much as possible. Last night, I got the best sleep I have gotten in a while.
I always feels like "Oh I feel so energized. I'm ready for the week ahead. Then as soon as I get to work, I feel so tired.
Me too!!
