Hi all, I have been in my present workplace for 3 years and I know I am underpaid as per present market standards.

Want to find out how much would be a realistic quote to ask for if I switch irrespective of the present salary.

Can someone throw some light on what is the expected salary for a data/business analyst profile with 5 years experience as per market standards.

Experience: SQL, Python (basic modelling). Have some experience with BI tools and Adobe Analytics.

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior). I have accepted EY IN Offer.
Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
