Is a total comp range of 120k annual for a Senior Financial Analyst role based in Dallas reasonable? Have about 5 years of experience in similar roles and an MBA. This would be a slight bump from what I’m making right now.

Would have to relocate for the role, and also would have to go into the office full time instead of the 3 days in office hybrid schedule I’m on right now.

I know it’s a bad job market, but I was surprised the total comp offered was only around that range.

Quit my cushy job a few months ago because I was totally burnt out and mental health was shot. Thinking about quitting this industry all together - anyone else go through similar? Any advice? Thanks!
