Unless you already have a network that includes MDs. Unless you are already doing the exact role you are being hired to do. Unless you are ready to start working on deals and new business generation. Unless you will be placed on an active long-term project. Unless the salary is a significant increase. Unless you have an exit plan in mind. I wouldn’t join.

Why
I mean it's definitely been better, but like anywhere this big it kind of is what you make it and depends on who you work with. There's a lot of noise but, obviously life could be way worse than working at Accenture - if you do join negotiate for all you can because raises will likely be slow
Was great for me when I had a half dozen leaders I could depend on for steady work in the area I wanted to work in. Then they all left for one reason or another, and I followed suit rather than trying to find a new home. If you're getting tossed in the pot without a lot of network support, I'd be wary.
YES
At this point I'd say your accenture experience is heavily dependent on the practice you're in. What level are you coming in as?
Manager
Nothing could be worse than KPMG rn
Stay in industry.

It’s a huge company. There are plenty of good roles but it is heavily dependent upon what project you are on and what client you work with. You can change projects multiple times a year so it can be very up and down.
