Is anyone aware of proactive retention in TCS. My manager and Delivery head sent CIS and requested a salary revision. The request was submitted on Monday. Is anyone aware of how long it takes to receive the revised compensation letter? Will HR have a discussion before giving a hike? How much hike % they offer ?

Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.

Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering.
