Who still writes JDs? Go to indeed, find competitor, modify, done. You could feed multiple into ChatGPT and it function like the blender to make a new one.
Loved your answers 😆
So far I’ve used it to write job descriptions for interns. I sent it over to my hiring manager for review and they ok’d it without any changes to make! Though it’s a great time saver in this case, I’d never post before getting my hiring manager to review it plus addind my own jugement and knowledge of the role I’m recruiting for.
OMG. It is amazing for job descriptions. One of my coworkers presented this beautifully written and wildly articulate job description recently and I was getting ready to commend him on the fluidity of it all. Then he busts my bubble and says it's ChatGPT. Not even kidding. I'm a believer over here.
I’ve used it for some other work products but it’s hit or miss. You just have to really proof
Yeah, definitely using ChatGPT to rewrite existing and mostly outdated client JDs or write brand new ones. Saves me the time of rewriting it myself. I’d rather make a few tweaks here and there than write a JD from scratch ever again.
I have never used it and don't even really know what it is LOL.
ChatGPT is like a decent draft generator. It’ll help you get started but you shouldn’t trust it blindingly because it has been incorrect before. Although it make even incorrect statements in a cunning way as to sound accurate to a casual reader.
