Is anyone else feeling this way about the job search? I graduated with a BSc in Industrial Design in 2024 and had been told the whole time that a job would be easy to get its one of the most in demand roles out there. It took a bit over a year to get even just an internship at a company which is great and they've extended it from 6months to a year but have said there is no way to make permanent its just not how the company operates. So in a years time the entire process will just begin again
