Is anyone else struggling to feel motivated today? The first workday after a long weekend is always the worst. I can barely remember what I was working on before Christmas and just don’t know where to start.

I hold total 7.5 YOE and 4.5 relevant experience in Ansible. Getting an offer from Kyndryl for 15 LPA FIXED and 50 k as JB..
Any suggestions should I join kyndryl?

Hello all! I am looking for a job in finance/investments, but I’m having trouble attracting attention from employers. I have a finance degree from UGA, but all of my experience (3.5 years) is in sales (tech and real estate), so no relevant internships unfortunately. Any advice on how to market myself better and where I should be looking would be greatly appreciated!

I have been in client facing wealth management as an advisor for 10 years. I haven’t built a book of business because I’ve worked for mostly discount brokers (Merrill edge, TDA, Etrade). I want to know how to transition to a non client facing role in wealth management or another financial role. I am series 7 and series 66 licensed. Any thoughts?

Is IB worth the sacrifice of WLB? Obvious pay is really good but are the prestige and pay worth it if you’re planning on only doing it for a couple years?

Currently working at an IRA with great WLB. Honestly I love my job, the firm, and people I work with.

Also doing MBA part time at a T15 school. Thinking about switching to IB but I’ve done my research and I think I would burn out of IB in two years but I might be ok with that for the opportunities after.

knows what the job entails exactly. I keep hearing about people "fooled" into taking a job in risk advisory thinking it'll really be advisory while they only end up doing IT and Audit support (which I do not want to do).
Is it the case here?
