I’m starting to think regardless where you go (agency side) the work will be there along with the politics and bs. Should we always base our next move with compensation as number 1 deciding factor?

I was devastated when I realized I had to cut my twin sister and even my mom to some degree out of my life in order to have peace of mind. It makes me sad I feel better without their burdens. ☹️

How do y’all calculate a contract job? Speaking to someone that is hiring a producer from Aug-May. Not sure how I calculate my rate for such a long period of time??
