Why consultancies don’t have office space for events and infrastructure only in 2026 is beyond me.
Natural move to newer and more space. The current office has reached its lifespan and capacity, and doesn’t really have anything to do with the market, which is extremely hot.
We are having one of our best quarters ever and moving from a 60 year old iconic but dated building to a newly renovated building literally a block away.
You clearly have zero firsthand knowledge and aren’t engaging in a constructive manner.
I don’t necessarily take it as a bad indicator. Probably just equity partner incentives.

Apparently the hottest real estate market is in Hudson Yards. We have a brand new construction underway, joining BCG, EY and Accenture in that neighborhood in a few years. Though I like our current 30 Rock office.

KPMG1 - Hello neighbor! It’s expensive to eat in Hudson Yards. The mall has some affordable food options on the 5th floor (Prett, Eataly) but annoying to go through a mall. Wholefoods has hundreds of people in line.
