What is an ideal package for 3 years experience in corporate actions portfolio services?

My gf is finishing up her education degree. Does anyone know how much teachers in public school out of college normally make? (Located in NJ outside of NYC). Anyone who has a teachers second income, is it really as bad as people say it is.

I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..

To keep it general across tier 1 consulting firms...what would be the typical pay band for a practitioner with ~6 years experience and a MBA

SA at big4 making 126k in advisory. Offer from Cog to join at M with 155k and 10k sign on. Also interviewing with other firms where it’d be a lateral switch with ~170k base. Thoughts/guidance/opinion?

I have more than 10 years of experience in Manual/Database Testing, Data Consulting,Data Quality and Data Migration using SQL. I am also a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and certified Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO). What salary should I ask for.
