What is an ideal package for 3 years experience in corporate actions portfolio services?

In HCl offer, there are 2 components for variable pay, one is paid monthly and one is paid yearly. Do we get the complete amount mentioned in both the parameters in variable pay?

I opt for NPS in FBP, but not able to see in salary slip, not in nps app as well. Any suggestions where I have to see? EY GDS

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. What should an expected relocation package ($ amount, moving support, etc.) be for someone moving from the US to the UAE to work at a new firm?

Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. Becoming a manger in my current company/path will probably get me there in terms of TC. Also considering EMBA from a good school (Wharton Global, Duke, Kellogg, Booth).

I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents.
