Tbh whatever anyone says, big 4 strategy all have similar exits (notch below MBB) - people arguing have inferiority complex. Choose offer based on comp / people you like @ the firms.
What about other T2s? Do they all have similar exits?

They are honestly all the same in terms of Exit. Go to whoever pays the most. Deloitte has the worst pay but also the most recognized name here. But name doesn’t pay bills. I’m thinking EYP! That’s a money shop.
I think S& will have the best comp overall once you factor in bonuses - similar salary to EYP but much better bonuses (20-30% at SA) so around $220 all in
Good to know! I’ve heard EYP tend to have high salaries (even higher than MBB) but small bonuses like 5%. If they bring up variable coop then they will surely be the highest

Yes, it’s “strategy and analytics”
Deloitte strategy is not in the same league as S& and EYP. I have worked at Deloitte strategy and S& and can attest to this.

I also dislike Deloitte for what it’s worth
PwC and S& have just conducted a market study on compensation and will be announcing new salaries in the next couple of weeks. I would expect S& to be on par for base with EYP if not higher after the adjustments.
OP can you add the position and comp (base+perf bonus+joining bonus) offered by each firm?
